01

Who is responsible for your information

Sakvire is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and uses it only for the purposes described below.

02

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request a visit, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, and telephone number;
  • your optional message and selected plot;
  • consent, submission time, language, and basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the form.

You provide this information voluntarily. If you do not provide the required contact details and consent, we cannot respond to the request through the form.

03

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry;
  • arrange a visit or discuss a plot;
  • keep an appropriate record of our communication; and
  • prevent spam, misuse, and security incidents.

Enquiry data is processed with your consent. Necessary operational and security records may also be processed to protect the website and our legitimate business interests.

04

Service providers and transfers

We do not sell your personal information. It may be handled by trusted providers that host the website, receive the enquiry, store the submission, or deliver a notification to the Sakvire team. At present, the form uses Google Cloud infrastructure in the European region and may use an email-delivery provider.

Providers act only on our instructions and are expected to apply suitable security and data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by Georgian law or a lawful authority.

05

How long we keep it

We normally keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it. We may retain limited information for longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or establish or defend legal claims.

06

Security and website technology

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can, however, be guaranteed completely secure.

This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic hosting logs may record an IP address, browser, device, and access time for security and reliability. If cookieless, aggregate analytics are enabled, they are used to understand general website performance rather than identify individual visitors.

07

Your rights

Subject to Georgian law, you may ask whether we process your information and request access, a copy, correction, updating, deletion, or termination of processing. You may withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.

We may need enough information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

08

Contact and complaints

To ask a privacy question or exercise your rights, email info@sakvire.ge.

If you believe your information is being processed unlawfully, you may also contact Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service or seek another remedy available under Georgian law.
